Join us tonight for a staged reading of a new play, "M", written by Jeannie Barroga and directed by Norman Gee. Cast includes Lisa Hori-Garcia, Tessa Konig-Martinez*, Jed Parsario and Tony Williams
Synopsis: Jason toils over a thesis about string theory. All around him, Alternate Realities clash. Pasts and Presents intermingle, What-ifs are unified. All the while, a pajama clad Albert Einstein narrates.
The Playwrights' Lab is the new plays development group of Throckmorton Theatre and includes a dozen Bay Area playwrights who meet regularly to discuss and critique each other's work. All readings are produced with professional actors and directors and observe the Actors Equity Staged Reading code.
