Ten years ago, Oak Hill was founded by a group of families who were looking for a better way to serve their children in an educational community.  Since its opening, Oak Hill has grown to serve thirty-three students from seventeen school districts throughout the Bay Area.  Oak Hill provides complete wrap around clinical services to allow our students to access academics at all levels.  Two-thirds of the children at Oak Hill are placed by their local school districts, making the school available to families of all means while providing a needed service to school districts unable to develop appropriate programs for this complex population.  In addition to our therapeutic day program, Oak Hill provides after school services, summer programs for current students and other members of the community as well as alumni outreach and employment opportunities for young adults who have previously been students at Oak Hill.  The school plans to expand its student body and aims to become a leading center for education, research and training.  For more information, visit www.theoakhillschool.org.
